Intermediate Casing - Gas Tight
Baker Hughes offers a range of surface casing options that provide pressure integrity within the wellhead high pressure housing string to prevent catastrophic pressure loss when drilling to the reservoir. Surface casing generally refers to 20-22" diameters, with special applications extending to 24". Gas-tight, metal sealing options provide higher sealing integrity for more extreme gas applications.
The RL-GT is a new Baker Hughes technology.
